Download Instructions

How to download and install programs

1. Click on the download button for the desired product.
2. Specify a location on your hard disk to save the download file.
3. Click OK to download the file.
4. Locate the download file with the Windows Explorer and double-click on it.
5. A message will ask you if you want to install the appropriate program.
6. Click Yes to install the program and follow the instructions.
7. After the program has been installed, you can safely delete the download file.

If you are having problems downloading:

1. Clear your browser's cache. (In Internet Explorer 6, select Tools > Internet Options > Temporary Internet files > Delete Files.)
2. Close every window of your browser, restart your browser and try again.
3. Try downloading a large file (greater than 10 MB) from another website. If you cannot then contact your Internet Service Provider.
4. If the download starts but gets interrupted before it completes, try one of the download manager programs that allow you to resume an interrupted download. (e.g. Mcafee).
