WellSight Log Manager 6

WellSight Log Manager 6 can be used with or without a hardware key. The version without a hardware key uses an electronic licensing system instead.

Major Upgrades

A major upgrade has a higher major version number (e.g. from 5.x to 6.x). A major upgrade involves:

• Downloading and installing the new product version.
• Purchasing the upgrade license for the new product version.

Maintenance Updates

You can update to a maintenance release with the same major version number (e.g. from 6.0 to 6.1) at any time during your license period. Simply install the new product version over the old one. There is no need to uninstall the old version.
