WellSight Systems
is proud to be entering the fourth year of sponsoring the
Southern Alberta Institute of Technology through the donation
of our STAR.LOG software. The software is widely used in
the industry to produce graphic analysis of drilled wells,
cores and outcrop. “Students will use this industry-standard
software to present information from oil and gas wells,” says
Laurie Slezak, Petroleum Engineering Technology instructor. “They
will have an immediate workplace advantage demonstrating
competence and confidence when they move into careers in
the oil patch.”
Matt Walls, a Certified Engineering Technologist (C.E.T.)
and President of WellSight Systems Inc. says, “as
a graduate technologist, I get a lot of satisfaction when
I contribute to the community that has helped me so much
