Problem Report Form

Follow the steps under Before contacting WellSight Systems before reporting a problem.

Supply complete information below. The more detail you can provide, the faster we will be able to resolve the problem.

Be as specific about the circumstances leading up to the problem as possible. Ideally, provide an exact sequence of steps that will cause the problem repeatedly. For example:

  • Run STRIP.LOG 4.2a
  • Open MYFILE.LOG.
  • Select File | Import | LAS
  • Choose MYDATA.LAS.
  • Assign only Gas Curves 1 through 5 to the appropriate curves of curve track 2.
  • Click OK. The error message (repeated exactly under "Error Message(s)") appears.
